I currently live in Chagrin Falls, OH and am licensed to practice in Ohio and New York. I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). I am also a certified Special Education Teacher. I received my undergraduate degree at Emory University in Psychology, a Masters in Education with a focus on students with disabilities from Pace University and a Masters in Communication Disorders from Emerson College. I have experience working in early intervention, private practice, schools, and hospital settings providing care to babies through middle schoolers. I am a mother to a toddler and a well-rounded therapist with five years experience as an SLP and over nine years as an educator. This translates into a knowledgeable approach and excellent care.
My goal is to provide research-driven therapy that is always engaging, functional and practical for families to carry over. I am passionate about helping people communicate and providing clients with valuable strategies that are easily incorporated into everyday routines. I want all my clients to be effective communicators and reach their potential. Strong relationships and personalized care are essential to achieving positive outcomes. Parents are always encouraged to participate in therapy activities. An integral aspect of my practice is dedicating time to supporting families through conversation, collaboration and parent coaching.
